So... I did things backwards and launched my blog without really telling anyone about it. Surprise! One, I don't like to be the center of attention. Two, I'm still reeling from the idea that I took a risk, left the corporate world, and chased my passion! WHAT? I know right?
When I first attempted to get the word out there about my coaching and consulting business, I stuck to true form and wrote an article that shared why I chose my motto and logo. I wanted to connect with my audience, for them to understand that I want to help them grow to be the best they can be.
Consider the Possibilities
Every day I become better, smarter, more aware because I opened myself up to being coached and the possibility of achieving things I only imagined before. One of those is quitting my corporate job and retiring early to start a business that allows me to help others. By doing this, I have been able to focus on the needs of my family, as well as my own.
I'm just getting started in this journey, but I hope by blogging about my experiences and the people that I meet along the way that there will be others out there who will be inspired and discover the value of coaching.
Coaching changed my life, and it can change yours too if you are willing to do the work.

Walk the Talk
I won't just talk about it, but demonstrate how to do it, why to do it, and share the impact it can make both at work and in your personal life.
I have already had a few people recommend topics they would like to hear more about so I'm excited to get this going!
What do you get out of it?
The aim of this blog is to offer tips and insights to support your transition between jobs, to a different career entirely, or into a leadership role. I want to keep it real. I'll talk about what's really going on in the workplace and what you can do to navigate it successfully. My intention is to assist you in staying motivated through these challenges, helping you in your journey to reach your full potential. Let's do this!
Please leave a comment below and share your thoughts! I'd love to hear from you and any suggestions you have for topics you would like to see in the future!
