There are plenty of “one size fits all” approaches out there, but I’ve learned through 25+ years in IT, compliance, leadership, and agile coaching that real growth happens when the plan is built around you.

I’m a certified career transition and leadership coach with additional certifications in agile leadership, Scrum, and change management. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Leadership Studies and a Master’s in Applied Industrial‑Organizational Psychology. As a U.S. Air Force veteran and long‑time business professional, I bring a mix of practical experience, formal training, and proven methods to every engagement.

My goal is to help you find solutions that fit the way you work and support your growth both in and outside the workplace.
